New crisp brown cushions for a thrift store chair, finished off with a pillow I designed and printed while studying fabric design in Florence.

sarah's silk drapery

We used elegant and natural silk for this splendid drapery. We stuck with the asymmetry of this tricky window and chose a one way draw. The bottom third of the drape is a subtly darker fabric adding interest, grounding and keeping it visually simple. A flannel interlining makes the drapery sumptuous, substantial and less vulnerable to weathering.
